| Brier City Hall is a $2.2 million project consisting of a one-story building with a full basement, approximately 14,000 square feet. The roof is framed with pre-manufactured wood trusses and the floor is engineered wood joists with a concrete topping slab. The basement walls are cast-in-place concrete walls with a slab-on-grade. Foundations are spread footings and the lateral system consists of plywood shear walls. |
