| CG Engineering provided a structural engineering analysis of the building’s existing framing with the purpose of moving bearing walls to accommodate bathroom remodels. We then proceeded with a site observation to evaluate existing waterside walls for dry rot prior to the installation of new siding. We provided recommendations for upgrades as required. Analysis of the existing pier pile system was completed to decide if temporary work platforms required to install the siding could be supported. |
