| CG Engineering provided the structural and civil design of an approximately 19,000 square foot masonry and brick retail building in the Mill Creek Town Center. The roofing system is wood frame construction with steel beams. Interior columns were required and are steel tubes. Civil engineering involved a grading and drainage plan, sanitary sewer plan and water plan. |
