| CG Engineering is currently working on a $13,000,000 capital improvement project at the Whatcom County PUD main water treatment plant. The project includes additions to their existing intake and plant control buildings. In addition, several new structures will be constructed such as a new high head pump station building, a maintenance facility, a storage facility, and two new settling tanks. To match the appearance of the existing structures, the additions and new buildings will consist of concrete foundations and basement walls, CMU above-grade perimeter walls, and wood roof structures. CG Engineering is currently providing structural engineering services for these capital improvements including structural design, construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and construction support.
