| CG Engineering provided the structural design for renovations to an existing education facility originally constructed in the 1930's by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC). Renovations to the structure required following tight historical preservation guidelines set by the King County Landmarks and Heritage Commission. Project tasks included the design of a new foundation system for the entire facility, restructuring of the roofing system, and seismic upgrading to meet current UBC earthquake requirements. |
