| This six unit townhome project consisted of two 3-story structures having a combined square footage of approximately 7,700 square feet. The buildings are predominately wood-framed with steel moment frames at the garages. The foundations are spread footings with slab-on-grade at the garage level. Several retaining walls were designed around the site. |
