| CG Engineering provided structural and civil engineering design for this project consisting of 7, 3-story wood-framed buildings and a clubhouse. The total square footage is approximately 180,000 square feet of heated space with 138 apartment units plus the clubhouse. There are 7 residential buildings; the buildings are similar with different combinations of units. Some of the buildings have variations in unit type and some have steps. Civil engineering involved the preparation of erosion control, grading and drainage, utility and frontage improvement plans for the development of this 14.1 acre site. |
