| CG Engineering provided the structural design for this new three-story residence of approximately 11,000 square feet including a three car garage. It will have a daylight basement. The floors will have in-floor heating and a 1" to 1½" concrete topping. Shoring was required on three sides. This expedited the construction of the foundation because less excavation and backfill were required. Civil design included grading and drainage plans, a utility plan and an erosion control plan. |
